PPO
Network PlatinumPlus is the latest addition to Network Health Plan's portfolio. Network PlatinumPlus is a PPO with a Medicare contract including a network of doctors, hospitals and specialists. Members can go to providers in or out of the network, with out-of-network services generally having higher out-of pocket costs. The member is responsible for low copays for physician visits, with no copays for in-plan hospitalization, outpatient services, and preventive physicals. All with a prescription drug discount card, travel benefits and local customer service.
Who is eligible? Anyone who:
has Medicare Parts A and B
is not diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
and resides in Network PlatinumPlus Service Area.
