Asthma Care
Breathe easier. At Affinity Health System, we can help you control your asthma.
Take the Test
Test Your Asthma Control: This interactive questionnaire from the American Lung Association helps children and teens determine how well they control their asthma.
When you have asthma, the airways in your lungs become inflamed, swollen and narrow, making it difficult to breathe.
Poorly-controlled asthma can lead to irreversible lung damage and even death. To help prevent serious problems, Affinity Health System offers medical care, support and education to asthma patients of all ages. Our goal is to help you become an active participant in controlling your asthma.
We offer asthma care and prevention at convenient Northeast Wisconsin locations: the Affinity Heart & Lung Center at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, Calumet Medical Center in Chilton, and Affinity Medical Group Clinics.
