Receiving a Massage
Please check in 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment. Tell the therapist if any areas of your body are tense or sore, and mention any medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart problems, chronic headaches or recent surgery.
Close your eyes and let yourself relax as completely as possible. Allow the therapist to move your limbs into various positions, but feel free to speak up if anything the therapist does is uncomfortable.
