What is aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing purposes. Essential oils have a wide variety of uses and are extracted from various parts of the plant such as: flowers, leaves, bark, wood, roots, seeds and peels. Affinity Health System uses only 100 percent pure therapeutic grade essential oils.
Note: Aromatherapy may not be appropriate for everyone. Talk to your nurse to find out if aromatherapy is right for you.
