Directions to the Midway Place Specialty Clinic and Surgery Center

Parking Information

A parking lot is available on the east side of the building, adjacent to the main entrance. For the specialty clinic, enter through the second set of main doors. The registration desk is on the right, and elevators are located on the left. For the Surgery Center, a separate entrance is located just to the left before entering the second set of main doors. For the Employee Assistance Program, enter through the second set of main doors. Turn immediately right and follow the stairs to the lower level.

The Affinity Medical Group Midway Place specialty clinic and Surgery Center offers a variety of medical specialties, outpatient surgery and St. Elizabeth Rehabilitation Services. In addition to caring for adults of all ages, we provide two unique services to children: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatry) and UW Health pediatric ophthalmology.
