Undoubtedly, there are many options and decisions prospective parents face during a pregnancy to learn about the health of their baby. It can be quite overwhelming and sometimes difficult to sort through all the options and information. This class provides educational information to prospective parents about the genetic screening and diagnostic options their physicians will offer during pregnancy. The goal is to provide helpful information to prospective parents that will allow them to feel informed and comfortable in making decisions about which options they desire, if any. Your obstetrician highly recommends this class. Significant others are encouraged to attend. The class is taught by the Affinity Health System genetic counselor. Fee.
