Service Excellence C.A.R.E. Awards
Internal awards granted to Affinity providers and staff
The Service Excellence C.A.R.E. Award program is designed to recognize departments within Affinity Health System that achieve excellent customer satisfaction survey scores, specifically, the 90th percentile for "likelihood to recommend" responses.
Eight departments were recognized for service excellence at the January 2009 management meeting. These departments maintained the service excellence goal of 90th percentile for a minimum of nine months during 2008 and will receive a department trophy and a catered lunch for all department staff.
