Vince Gallucci

Vincent Gallucci serves as senior vice president, chief administrative officer, overseeing the areas of Human Resources, Organization Development, Legal, Marketing, Business Development, Planning and Functional & Performance Excellence for Affinity Health System.
Gallucci was vice president and general manager for the business-to-business division of Lands’ End Inc., Dodgeville, Wis., a division of Sears & Roebuck Co., where he was fully accountable for all business operations and financial obligations of that division. Previously, he was senior vice president of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Provantage Health Services in Milwaukee; and manager of Organizational Development and Human Resources for Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc., in Albany, N.Y.
Gallucci earned his bachelor’s degree from Long Island University, New York, and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of New Haven in West Haven, Conn. Gallucci has also attained All But Dissertation (ABD) status in a doctorate degree in education from Kennedy Western University, Thousand Oaks, Calif.
