It is only through philanthropic donations from community citizens that we can advance beyond what Medicare and insurance reimbursements provide. Give One! Campaign
The strongest endorsement a charitable organization can receive is from its own employees. St. Elizabeth Hospital Community Foundation is deeply grateful to Affinity employees who choose to give back a portion of their hard-earned wages to the foundation through the annual Give One! Campaign. Each fall, employees participate in a combined campaign involving St. Elizabeth Hospital Community Foundation, the Mercy Health Foundation and the United Ways of the Fox Cities and Oshkosh. Employees are in the unique position of seeing their donations put to work every day through grants made by the foundation.

Honoraria and Memorials
Each year, generous individuals and companies contribute to the St. Elizabeth Community Foundation to mark celebrations and mournful occasions. Donors receive the satisfaction of knowing that gifts to the foundation will honor their loved ones and impact others. Many programs, including Cancer Care, Pediatrics, Rehabilitation, Heart & Lung and assistance to those less fortunate, can benefit from a gift honoring a special person.
