St. Elizabeth Hospital Community Foundation Endowed Funds

A permanently endowed named fund is a special way to ensure that a donor’s support for a particular cause continues into the future.  A minimum gift of $10,000 allows a donor to name a fund for a specific purpose. The donor and foundation establish an agreement that directs a portion of the fund’s annual earnings to the fund’s purpose.

The advantages of establishing a named endowment directly with the St. Elizabeth Hospital Community Foundation include:

  • Your fund focuses on an area of need, and you receive specific information regarding its use each year.
  • Your fund will be stewarded by financial investment experts and the foundation’s board of directors.
  • You receive lasting recognition for yourself or your loved ones for future generations to enjoy.
  • No administrative overhead costs will be taken from your fund.  The amount allotted each year will go directly to the fund’s purpose.

A donor can establish an endowed fund during his or her lifetime, or a planned gift or bequest.  The foundation has a long history of working with donors who want to support health care initiatives.  We offer our profound gratitude to current and future donors, whose funds benefit our community every day.
